Harry B. "Joey" Kuhn III
Harry B. "Joey" Kuhn III, 48, of Carlisle, PA passed away Saturday, May 30, 2009 at Hershey Medical Center. He was born March 9, 1961 in Carlisle to Harry B. "Joe" Kuhn, Jr. and Kathleen "Kay" White Crum. He was a former shop manager for Knight Transportation, was a member of Churchtown Church of God and a former sprint car driver. He was an avid Steeler fan and enjoyed camping at The Cherokee Campground. He is survived by his wife Sherri A. Starner Kuhn and son Ryan Kuhn; two step-daughters Ashley Russell of Carlisle and Alexis Minnich of Shippensburg; five step-grandchildren Tanis, Damion, Avery, Chase, and Dominic; his father and step-mother Harry B. "Joe" and Carole Kuhn, Jr. of Mt. Holly Springs; his mother and step-father Kathleen "Kay" and Tom Crum of Carlisle; maternal grandmother Alice Beam of Boiling Springs; one brother Tim Kuhn of Mt. Holly Springs; and his in-laws Barry and Deb Starner of Gardners. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 3 at 6:00 PM in Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA with Reverend Dick Warner officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to his church, 351 Old Stonehouse Rd.
