Hey openwheel Maybe since they took the ROY award from you maybe we can have someone donate a wrecked wing......and everyone IKE comes in contact with can
sign it.. and present it to him at the banquet......Only thing it will probably have to be a 410 wing to have enough room... What does everyone think?

How soon do you want to start with the wing. I don't think we will have any trouble with people wanting to take it up front to give it to him for sure. We
also want to make sure it makes it to the papers. Oh Yea.

"I love going to Silver Springs and watching the
sportsman. The cars weigh 1900 pounds, or there abouts. They got small wings, manual steering and its the best show." |

Ok - it's so not cool that things like that happen - I'm hearing a lot about favorites and such throughout the pits and it's pretty
sad. As an owner, I hope the track officials are as fair to everyone as they should be. I mean, if you tear down Low Buck Joe Dirt - you tear down the Joe
Dirt w/the $$$ behind him too. Same goes for behavior on the track - if it's out of line then have a professional courteous chat with the driver in
question - and that's all it should take. Again - Low Buck vs High Buck - they should all be treated equal.
*laughs* Though on the silly side of it - save Geoff, Stan and I some space!

Sandy...Everybody is treated equal????????????? | ||

Are you serious?? 38 years at every race track in central PA (in addition to MD, FL, & NC) watching 410 sprints, late models, sportsman, modifieds and
numerous other divisions, there have always been and always will be "favorites."
I too was standing in turn 2 on Saturday. Many years ago in physics class I learned that two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time. |

What I said was - I know there are favorites. And it would be a very sad day when one of those
favorites causes an accident because no one bothered to tell them to settle down. How would you like it of one of them slammed in to your car on purpose
and wasn't told about it?
I'm not saying anything that anyone else hasn't already in previous posts so I don't understand why you seem to be jumping down my throat about it. I don't need you to give me a physics lesson btw but thanks anyhow. That minimal damage has already been taken care of on our #64. See you at Lincoln Saturday.

Wasn't jumping down your throat. Read your post a couple times and it seemed like you didn't expect favoritism. I know Stan's been bumped around
more than his fair share. We all hate to see it happen, but I was pointing out that it is part of any sport and just something we need to live with or deal
with somehow. If it is not dealt with soon, people are going to get hurt, then everybody looses.
The physics lesson wasn't for you. That was my sarcasm sneaking out.

LoL - Oh ok. Cool. I was hoping it was just a mis-understanding. :-) lol - nice sarcasm btw. Sounds like something I'd
say too!
So you're the driver of the 888? I wonder if we're related at all. My grandpa is Vance Wolfe - he raced at Silver Springs years ago. I thought a long while ago someone said we were related to Jerry Wolfe but I'm not sure.

You are correct Sandy | ||
|
That would be my father. Not sure of any relation to Vance. Several generations up the Wolfe food chain there were a bunch of 1/2 brothers. Most of them I do
not know. You will still see Dad at the track, busting his butt so I can race. He thought retiring from racing was going to get him some free time--I know he
works harder now.
